New Hair Alert!

Hey fabs!

So one of my friends has been bugging me out about trying a center part straight weave with no layers. I was so against it for some reason, I just felt it won’t look good on me so I didn’t do it for a long time but I saw the exact same thing on Ciara and she just looked so damn good I swore that I was going to try it out. So fast forward some months later and bam! I’ve finally done it and I’m so happy with how it looks.

I bought this weave from industry-locs.com and I am wearing 4 packs of their Armenian hair in 26 inches and a Peruvian closure in 20 inches and I couldn’t be happier with their product. I have gotten compliments from people each time I go out. The texture of my hair is beautiful and tangle free.

Their service was also very professional. When I ordered this hair, I was on my way to Maryland so I asked them to ship it to the Maryland address but sadly, I left Maryland earlier than I intended so I didn’t get my hair before I left Maryland and I was really in a panic. I called their customer service line and explained my entire ordeal to them and the lady promised me she would ship the hair to me in Atlanta in 3 days. I was really skeptical because I didn’t see how that was going to be possible but in 3 days, first thing in the morning, my hair was at my door. Words cannot explain how happy I was.

Introducing ‘African Fashion Bloggers Network’

AFBN1

Hey girls!

I have good news for my fellow African bloggers! There is a new platform that is solely created for the benefit of us! Introducinggg *drum roll* African Fashion Bloggers Network! African Fashion Bloggers Network or AFBN believes that by creating a network, they will be able to help fashion bloggers in Africa and the Diaspora, including bloggers of African descent, to build better blogs, network with other bloggers and work closely with brands through our unique projects/events. It is also their sole desire to see bloggers grow beyond just blogging but towards creating and growing sustainable businesses. In addition, they believe that creating a network will serve as a platform where more experienced bloggers can help new/existing bloggers start and grow their blogs. The AFBN Team has been working hard over the past few months to better serve bloggers in our community. They have so much in store including special AFBN projects and events that will keep you wanting more and also give fashion bloggers more opportunities to explore the fashion world. Amazing right? FBY will keep you updated once their website is launched but in the meantime, you can follow them on Instagram (@africanfashionbloggers) for all interesting details!
